Return & Refund Policy

At Poke-Rare.com, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Due to the nature of collectible items, we have strict guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. No Returns on Sealed Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sealed products (e.g., booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, tins). This policy is in place to protect the integrity and value of collectible items.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please contact us at justin@poke-rare.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will investigate and may issue a refund, store credit, or replacement.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. No Returns on Individual Cards

Due to market volatility and collector standards, all sales of individual cards (singles) are final, unless:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The item is damaged in transit
